Denby, thank you for everything you have done for us for our knock-down-rebuild in Kingsford. We’re now nearing the end and the house is coming together perfectly! The building process had been stressful right from the get-go, however once we started the interior design process with you we were finally able to start visualising how the house would look, this only took a couple of meetings with you and with us only providing you with a few pictures of designs we liked and a discussion around items we definitely wanted in the house for you to narrow down a list of options in each area of the house which suited our tastes - This included looking at our budget, the selections / inclusions, the architectural design etc. Through additional discussions, you helped us re-design the rooms, bathrooms and cabinetry to suit what we wanted outside of what was included by our Architect. We were able to optimise the space we had in the home and ensure the house would still feel like a home upon completion. The extra steps in ensuring the externals of the house would all match the internals was phenomenal and unexpected which extended to the bricks we chose, the external pavers, the roof tiling and colour of guttering. You have been an invaluable member of the entire team and have helped us stay in check for our budget, maintaining the style of the house we all envisioned and ensuring the quality of our house remains high. There has been an endless amount of comfort knowing that you’re a phone call away to talk about the house and any concerns we’ve had with the build process itself. The time you’ve taken to explain anything we have not understood or had a concern over can only be described as under-appreciated!! In hindsight, I wish we could have requested your presence and input when we started the architectural designs.
