Bondi Beach -Bachelor pad, a 1970s apartment is transformed into a slick contemporary space for a very stylish man. 

This tired apartment needed some love & many clever design solutions to accommodate a busy professional who likes to entertain in his down time! What was once a 2brm, 1 bathroom apartment with a boxed in kitchen is now an opened planned stylish space with a 2nd bathroom and a practical kitchen that allows for a perfect entertaining space. The laundry was converted to become the 2nd bathroom which is fully functional- we have fit a shower, toilet & basin which is ideal for guests when they crash! The daggy old linen closet has been converted to a laundry with washer, dryer & a sizable bench + storage.

Custom cabinetry throughout provides plenty of storage and as this is a bachelor pad and there is no need for a large fridge, which would only take up valuable storage space, we have incorporated an undercounter fridge + freezer-a free tip to those out there needing to renovate a small space.
