Portfolio – Bondi

Coastal chic.

My own home in Bondi has been designed as a calm respite from my busy life. Featuring a muted palette of neutrals and carefully curated Mid-Century furniture classics, it has a coastal, relaxed feel to reflect its beachside location. It’s been furnished with an eclectic collection of pieces that I have collected over the years and from all different styles and era, from Art Deco to Mid-Century and a good sprinkling of contemporary products.

A base palette of white walls and light grey tiled flooring allows the rooms to take advantage of the natural light that pours in throughout the north-facing apartment. A galley kitchen featuring imposing dark timber cabinetry is the star of the living space, while my own artworks provide the necessary pops of colour throughout. Newly built, the apartment includes many modern nods to sustainability, including composting, recycling and a communal garden.
